Delivery Manager

Our client is the India Support and Delivery Associate partner for a US based company and are looking for a Delivery Manager to be a part of their Core leadership team in India.

The client is a Nocode Cloud platform. Using powerful tools, an operational SOP or a crisis response SOP can be configured into a digital process with all the alerts , tasks , forms and communication integrated into the workflow. Multiple levels of access control provide admins with the flexibility to configure to levels of hierarchy that can be extremely complex. Integrated with Maps and a fully secure communication platform, they are a powerful platform for digital transformation.


Role:

  • You will be the face of our Solution Delivery and Customer Success function to internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Build confidence in our US Internal and End customer on the capability of the India team to deliver efficiently and on time
  • This would mean talking to end customers and the internal stakeholders & the US leadership team
  • Ensure accurate projections to grow the team with minimum benches
  • In a SaaS environment, be responsible for delivery of projects and renewals
  • Customer facing: As our team in India delivers to US and other customers, be the escalation point for all customer issues
  • Partner closely internal and external stakeholders demonstrating deep understanding of the clients needs, strategy and goals.

India Team :

  • Provide guidance to the India team in managing customer expectations and delivering solutions
  • Managing challenges of scope definition and finding pathways with projects with ambiguity, and escalating problems to the appropriate level when necessary.
  • Ensure teams deliver demonstrable value against the clients objectives every iteration.
  • Implement service and solution delivery frameworks that can scale as projects become more in number and complexity
  • Direct and Manage pure project delivery for larger projects
  • Bring in processes for teams to collaborate on one project ( today it is more individual )
  • Build resilience into project teams
  • Manage and grow the team with the minimum bench.
  • Manage scope and schedules with an Agile approach to prioritization and value delivery
  • Build and maintain a product road-map manage user stories and product backlog

What you carry:

  • The experience of hands-on experience on projects for large known brand name customers in the US and Europe
  • Credibility of having delivered complex projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and building strong teams
  • Ability to get into the details.
  • Consulting experience and working within consulting environments.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks
  • Exceptional knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies, with an ability to put them into practice
  • Understanding of scaled frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scaled Scrum
  • Risk management with proven ability to establish approaches which continuously mitigate external and internal risks.
  • Experience with creating high-performing teams
  • Nice to have certifications: PMI, PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe or LeSS
  • Nice to have Bachelors degree in Information Systems, or related equivalent

Job Overview

A key account management/ client facing role with contribution towards digital marketing, where the candidate is expected to manage, maintain and grow client accounts allocated to him/her.

He/she is expected to lead the relationship, maintain an on-going relationship with all the stakeholders attached to the accounts,handle day-to-day activities and deliverables, co-ordinate with the client, internal teams, external partners and any other stakeholders.

This is a very important role as the candidate is the account manager and will be responsible for working in the best interest of the brand. Understanding their business requirements and suggesting relevant solutions and the right approach for their marketing needs in the digital space is a core responsibility. The digital space includes  communication, media and social.

Having exposure to other mediums is an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To own the client relationship and be responsible for end - to - end management of the client's social presence - Liaising with , and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.
  • Perform research on current social benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • To discuss with clients to understand their requirements and communicate the same to the creative and content development team.
  • To work with the team to conceptualise a social campaign that meets the client's brief
  • To manage client’s social media pages (posting content , responding to queries , supervising advertising efforts and reporting metrics)
  • Actively contribute to digital marketing / social media strategy, planning and ideation
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
  • Provide inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies.
  • To ensure that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
  • To refine the details of campaigns and ensure that the client’s challenges are being addressed.
  • Present creative work to clients for approval / modification
  • Create reports for clients (campaigns and more)
  • Manage budgets and campaign costs
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and take necessary steps to optimise them
  • To be accountable for account success, delivery quality and client satisfaction

 

Working days: Monday-Friday (Working on the weekends is likely in this ecosystem, but only when required)

 

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in client servicing, managing and growing client accounts on social media
  • Excellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communication
  • Deep understanding of the digital and social media universe, its management, operations, analytics and management tools.
  • Education level: Graduate
  • Proven working experience in a digital marketing firm(minimum 1-3 years)
  • Should have worked in a client facing role for at least 3 years.
  • Should be able to communicate well in Kannada (written and spoken)
