A Bangalore based Strategy, Design & Communication firm is looking for a Client Servicing Specialist
Job Overview
A key account management/ client facing role
with contribution towards digital marketing, where the candidate is expected to
manage, maintain and grow client accounts allocated to him/her.
He/she is expected to lead the relationship, maintain an on-going relationship with all the stakeholders attached to the accounts,handle day-to-day activities and deliverables, co-ordinate with the client, internal teams, external partners and any other stakeholders.
This is a very important role as the candidate is the account manager and will be responsible for working in the best interest of the brand. Understanding their business requirements and suggesting relevant solutions and the right approach for their marketing needs in the digital space is a core responsibility. The digital space includes communication, media and social.
Having exposure to other mediums
is an added advantage.
The candidate should be able to contribute towards building communication and media strategy and must also must have good communication and presentation skills. Ideally should have worked in a similar organisation/ecosystem and should have handled clients on their own.
The candidate will also be expected to actively contribute towards all strategy discussions, be involved in new pitches and business development discussions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To own the client relationship
and be responsible for end - to - end management of the client's social
presence - Liaising with , and acting as the link between the client and the
agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.
- Perform research on current
social benchmark trends and audience preferences
- To discuss with clients to
understand their requirements and communicate the same to the creative and
content development team.
- To work with the team to
conceptualise a social campaign that meets the client's brief
- To manage client’s social media
pages (posting content , responding to queries , supervising advertising
efforts and reporting metrics)
- Actively
contribute to digital marketing / social media strategy, planning and ideation
- Present campaign ideas and
budgets to the client.
- Provide inputs while creating
digital campaigns and strategies.
- To ensure that communication
flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
- To refine the details of
campaigns and ensure that the client’s challenges are being addressed.
- Present creative work to clients
for approval / modification
- Create reports for clients
(campaigns and more)
- Manage budgets and campaign costs
- Monitor the effectiveness of
campaigns and take necessary steps to optimise them
- To be accountable for account
success, delivery quality and client satisfaction
Working
days: Monday-Friday
(Working on the weekends is likely in this ecosystem, but only when required)
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of professional experience in client servicing, managing and growing client accounts on social media
- Excellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communication
- Deep understanding of the digital and social media universe, its management, operations, analytics and management tools.
- Education level: Graduate
- Proven working experience in a digital marketing firm(minimum 1-3 years)
- Should have worked in a client facing role for at least 3 years.
- Should be able to communicate well in Kannada (written and spoken)

- Superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clients
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all the teams of the agency

- Proficient in creating excel sheets and doing data analysis
