Our client is the India Support and Delivery Associate partner for a US based company and are looking for a Delivery Manager to be a part of their Core leadership team in India.
The client is a Nocode Cloud platform. Using powerful tools, an operational SOP or a crisis response SOP can be configured into a digital process with all the alerts , tasks , forms and communication integrated into the workflow. Multiple levels of access control provide admins with the flexibility to configure to levels of hierarchy that can be extremely complex. Integrated with Maps and a fully secure communication platform, they are a powerful platform for digital transformation.
Role:
- You will be the face of our Solution Delivery and Customer Success function to internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Build confidence in our US Internal and End customer on the capability of the India team to deliver efficiently and on time
- This would mean talking to end customers and the internal stakeholders & the US leadership team
- Ensure accurate projections to grow the team with minimum benches
- In a SaaS environment, be responsible for delivery of projects and renewals
- Customer facing: As our team in India delivers to US and other customers, be the escalation point for all customer issues
- Partner closely internal and external stakeholders demonstrating deep understanding of the clients needs, strategy and goals.
India Team :
- Provide guidance to the India team in managing customer expectations and delivering solutions
- Managing challenges of scope definition and finding pathways with projects with ambiguity, and escalating problems to the appropriate level when necessary.
- Ensure teams deliver demonstrable value against the clients objectives every iteration.
- Implement service and solution delivery frameworks that can scale as projects become more in number and complexity
- Direct and Manage pure project delivery for larger projects
- Bring in processes for teams to collaborate on one project ( today it is more individual )
- Build resilience into project teams
- Manage and grow the team with the minimum bench.
- Manage scope and schedules with an Agile approach to prioritization and value delivery
- Build and maintain a product road-map manage user stories and product backlog
What you carry:
- The experience of hands-on experience on projects for large known brand name customers in the US and Europe
- Credibility of having delivered complex projects
- Demonstrated leadership and building strong teams
- Ability to get into the details.
- Consulting experience and working within consulting environments.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks
- Exceptional knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies, with an ability to put them into practice
- Understanding of scaled frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scaled Scrum
- Risk management with proven ability to establish approaches which continuously mitigate external and internal risks.
- Experience with creating high-performing teams
- Nice to have certifications: PMI, PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe or LeSS
- Nice to have Bachelors degree in Information Systems, or related equivalent
