Responsibilities :

  • Serves as the expert for the technology areas assigned and provides support to resolve issues that may arise.
  • Improve client experience by analyzing and sharing client feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Testing new features and communicating issues/bugs/improvements to the appropriate personnel with the required details
  • Acting as the Point of contact between multiple client teams and deliver on client expectations for enabling clients to use the product better

Requisites

  • Ensure all complaints raised are resolved in an efficient manner.
  • Follow up on technical cases including proper escalation and management of the case until case closure.
  • Respond to client queries via email/ Phone
  • Respond to call-outs in a timely fashion.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on analysis.
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case

Key Responsibilities

  • We have just launched our android app (Link here). You’ll be responsible for creating the engagement strategy for the app. This includes creating in-app messages, push notifications, drip campaigns, etc. (Plus points if you have experience with CleverTap)
  • You’ll be writing documentation for new features, new ad campaigns and collaborating with tech to make sure all deadlines are met.
  • You’ll be the stakeholder for WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • You’ll oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics such as cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment. 
  • You’ll collect feedback for the app (from users, customers, and the team) to continually suggest improvements. You’ll also be responsible for getting these implemented.
  • The single most important metric for us at the moment is - DAU (Daily Active Users). You’ll come up with strategies, campaigns, and changes that will drive this metric.
