 A leading Telecom Products and Software Solutions Company catering to the ITES, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, EdTech, E-commerce,FMCS, BFSI industries and many more worldwide is looking to hire Technical Support Engineers in Noida. 

 

Job Profile: 

Qualification     : B TECH /RED HAT/CCNA

Experience        : 0 to 2 years

Shift timing       : Rotational shifts (Should be flexible)

Work Location: Noida

Job Responsibility

Technical Support Engineer who can provide technical assistance to the customers by performing the following responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of OS & Companies packages.
  • To troubleshoot the  L1 and L2 issues associated with the product.
  • Simulate Customer Issues to find solutions and fixes to Escalated customer Issues /Enquiries.
  • Knowledge in IP PBX & Contact Center solutions (IVR, ACD, Softphone, WebRTC. etc.) – will be an added advantage
  • Must have knowledge of Linux Operating systems
  • Stay in the forefront of customer communications for escalated issues
  • Having thorough understanding of Companies Products
  • Learning and mastering Comapnies New product/feature releases
  • Taking customer tickets/issues towards logical conclusion
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong Customer Service and problem-Solving skills
  • Identify and provide inputs to Product/Engineering teams for recurring issues/patterns
  • The engineer will be responsible for overall setup stability and maintenance of the Companies Setup at the center.
  • Knowledge of Rest API, any programming language /Web Technology.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and SLAs.
  • Able to promptly answer support-related phone calls, chat & emails
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to analyse, research and solve highly technical and unique problems.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC

 Technical Expertise

  • Contact Center solutions (IVR, ACD, Softphone)- Will be an added advantage
  • LAN, WAN, Networking basics
  • Linux – CLI with basic commands
  • Telecom products (PRI, SIP trunk, ILL)s

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience of 0-2 Years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
