Responsibility
Technical Support Engineer who can provide technical assistance to the
customers by performing the following responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of OS & Companies packages.
- To troubleshoot the L1 and L2 issues associated with the product.
- Simulate Customer Issues to find solutions and fixes to Escalated customer Issues /Enquiries.
- Knowledge in IP PBX & Contact Center solutions (IVR, ACD, Softphone, WebRTC. etc.) – will be an added advantage
- Must have knowledge of Linux Operating systems
- Stay in the forefront of customer communications for escalated issues
- Having thorough understanding of Companies Products
- Learning and mastering Comapnies New product/feature releases
- Taking customer tickets/issues towards logical conclusion
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong Customer Service and problem-Solving skills
- Identify and provide inputs to Product/Engineering teams for recurring issues/patterns
- The engineer will be responsible for overall setup stability and maintenance of the Companies Setup at the center.
- Knowledge of Rest API, any programming language /Web Technology.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Able to promptly answer support-related phone calls, chat & emails
- Willing to work in shifts
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to analyse, research and solve highly technical and unique problems.
- Deep understanding of SDLC
Technical Expertise
- Contact Center solutions (IVR, ACD, Softphone)- Will be an added advantage
- LAN, WAN, Networking basics
- Linux – CLI with basic commands
- Telecom products (PRI, SIP trunk, ILL)s
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience of 0-2 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
