About the Role

We are looking for a fresher or someone who has 1+ years of experience in IVR design, Configuration of Contact centers. The role involves working with contact center clients and managing their change requests.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Key Responsibilities - IVR  / Configuration engineer

• Work with CS / PreSales teams to get requirements and work on our product to configure IVRs / Campaigns and manage any changes needed for our clients.
• The work involves thinking through the call flows and designing an efficient and effective experience for callers
• Interact with clients team leads, floor managers to capture requirements and work with them directly to configure
• Learn, manage and own the entire call center configuration

Profile Requirements

 

Basic criteria

• Experience of 0-1 years in IVR/ Contact center configurations
• Preference for prior experience in IVR design will be given
• Candidates with experience in Voice VAS service providers, Contact centre solutions sales and/or Cloud Telephony products.
• Experience in Tech/SaaS companies with Voice background 

 

Preferred Industry:   Tech/SaaS companies with voice background

        

About You 

 

Qualification: Graduate in  Computer science preferred, but not mandatory

Skills: IVR design, PHP scripting will be an added advantage

Soft skills:  Good in Email communication and verbal skills

Desirable : Prior experience in other Contact center configurations
