Job Responsibilities:
- Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- 5 to 6-year experience in international SaaS sales prospecting, Lead handling, and new customer acquisition for Inbound Sales
- Prior experience in either International SaaS Sales or Contact Center Business is a must.
- Contact and qualify prospects and set appointments for demo and Sales conversion. End-to-end ownership from Lead to Closure will be with the Sales Executive.
- Connect with C-Level decision-makers in organizations across key industries/functions and continually build a prospect list from warm/cold leads.
- Demonstrates concise and effective communication with customers and employees
- Innovate and think out of the box while communicating with the prospects to make a mark and thus winning deals
- Nurture and qualify interested prospects by setting up meetings or demos.
- Monitor users acquired through free trials for potential sales conversions
- Share insights from existing sales conversion funnel and evaluate performance of lead sources to Marketing teams for bettering our top of the funnel
- Ability to create Competition comparison matrix and handle prospects strategically to win deals
- Ability to patiently and persistently build/nurture prospect relationships to cultivate latent demand
- Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in international lead generation/sales development, preferably in a tech/SaaS company
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is a must
- You must be engaging, compelling, and articulate in outbound email and phone communications
