The role of an Account Manager is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
The primary role and responsibilities include:
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Sell and Upsell Cloud Telephony & Cloud contact center product to existing and new clients.
- To adhere to the sales target set by the management.
- Coordinate with teams for RFP's, delivery, and another life cycle of the client’s requirement.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
