Solutions Architect/ Presales Manager- US Process

Overview: 

The Solutions Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, and creating proposals , convincing clients to win deals, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. 
Important duties and responsibilities for a Presales / Solutions Manager / include: 

Responsibilities: 
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context by coordinating with the delivery teams
  • coordination with delivery teams for requirements handoff for delivery
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
  • Ability to grasp technology and system architecture easily.
  • Ability to prepare solution documents, PPTs, work with clients for a solution which fits our product.
  • Experience in presales in previous organization 
  • Experience in handling bids/ response to RFPs/RFIs
  • Hands on with using productivity tools like excel, mind mapper, visio etc 

Education & Experience: 
  • Should have an MBA with 4-6 years 
  • Preferably worked in a startup environment 
  • Established Operational and Service Management skills 
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle CXO level meetings
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Knowledge of techniques to build Gantt charts, project plans
  • Experience in strategic planning, service delivery, risk management and/or change management
  • Hands-on understanding of contact center softwares will be an added advantage
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Should have prior experience of onsite - offshore delivery model and should have directly worked with US/ European customers.

 A multiple award winning Energy & Agri company is looking to hire an accountant to join their team to manage the accounts to facilitate its growth plans and improve the existing processes and systems

Job Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information from multiple stakeholders by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with central, state, and local financial, taxes and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains internal and external stakeholder confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing and contributing to team efforts as needed.
  • Travel is about 10% of the month.

The Candidate:

  • 2-7 years of experience in energy sector or Infrastructure related companies.
  • Educational Qualifications of CA or CA Inter & CMA or Masters in commerce or relevant degree.
  • The candidate will be reporting to the CFO.
  • The candidate is expected to be based out of Bangalore; however, we are flexible for next 4-8 months.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (preferable but not compulsory).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like ERPnext for accounting purposes (preferable but not compulsory).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

The role of an Account Manager is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. 

 The primary role and responsibilities include: 

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Sell and Upsell Cloud Telephony & Cloud contact center product to existing and new clients.
  • To adhere to the sales target set by the management.
  • Coordinate with teams for RFP's, delivery, and another life cycle of the client’s requirement.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
