Experience: 5-7 Yrs in Inside Sales in B2B SaaS

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a team of Inside sales reps to drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management.
  • Acting as a champion to help team members to achieve sales numbers & provide guidance.
  • Support pipeline infusion through email/ calling/ LinkedIn based outreaches.
  • Book meetings with new client prospects majorly in the enterprise & SMB vertical
  • Ability to set up meetings with target prospects for a further detailed discussion on how offerings can solve the prospect's procurement challenges
  • Qualify meetings set up by probing right questions and gathering relevant information from prospects through varied marketing tactics, give effective product and offering introductions
  • Quickly grasp offering details and features and articulate the same effectively to target contacts through various channels like mail and phone
  • Prepare & Deliver online demonstrations of your business solutions to prospective clients
  • Achieving sales targets for the team month-on-month basis.
Requirements: 

  • Handling Operations & reporting of the Inside sales function.
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
  • Preparing short term and long term Inside sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products and ensuring the customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal marketing to develop specific campaigns supporting the sales initiatives.
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious operator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
