Job description:

• Hands-on experience of at least 1 year in Technical Customer Support for different Telecom products/ /CCTV/ AV/ Networking
• Installation of products.
• Attending breakdown calls /complain calls.
• Travelling to customer locations extensively for installation, breakdown calls & maintenance calls.
• Preventive Maintenance Calls.
• Customer Training. Provide customer education for ease of product usage.
• Support Calls for value-added products.

Candidate profile:

• Knowledge of Installation of different Telecom products/ CCTV/ AV/ Networking
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, service, and client orientation
• Knowledge of Computers
• Should have a 2-wheeler
