Job Role:
- Management of all Front Desk operations including guest management
- Building management/ Courier management/ Transport Management/ Pantry/ Cafeteria Management
- Registering new vendors and creating purchase orders
- Manage end-to-end travel plans efficiently and cost-effectively for airlines, transport, and hotels- for Domestics and international travel
- Arrangement of hotels and getting the best available rates from corporate deals/online/websites.
- Dealing with Airlines and getting seat confirmation, finding seats on upgrades
- Helping in the closure of Air and Hotel contracts.
- Manage office inventory requirements. Ordering stationery, Housekeeping and pantry requirement
- Organising and managing events.
- Supporting HR with Employee Engagement activities
- Provide administrative support and work closely with the management, HR & admin team
Candidate profile:
- Graduate with 5-6yrs of experience.
- Knowledge in travel bookings & forex exchange is a must
- Good communication skill both verbal and writing.
- Supporting the team and maintaining Documentation
- Fluency in MS excel and word
- Team Player
- Quick Learner
