Bangalore based education technology company is looking to hire HR & Admin Executive in Bangalore.

Job Description: HR-Admin- Executive 

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

HR

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Managing asset inventory (laptops for employees etc)
  • Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build on improving productivity and retention.
  • Maintaining & ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with the entire organization
  • Providing support & guidance to ensure all human resource processes including recruiting, new hire, performance administration/ reviews, separations, terminations, and transfers are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant, and timely manner
  • Managing employee relations activities (such as sending birthday/ anniversary greetings, team events, etc)
  • Scheduling org level meetings
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Admin

  • Handling office tasks, such as documentation, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Managing office assistant and housekeeping staff
  • Ensuring office equipment’s and the facility is maintained as needed
  • Maintaining supply inventory (office supplies, pantry supplies etc)
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations as required by the senior management
  • Coordinating office events as necessary.
  • Managing office utility bills payments
  • Other general administration duties as required.

 Other pointers about this role

  • This is not a work-from-home role; you will be required to work from the office
  • This role requires you to be flexible with working hours and on rare occasions work on the weekend

Skills and qualifications required

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1 or 2 year of experience in office administration will be desirable
  • Spoken proficiency in English and Kannada
  • Good organization, planning, and administration skills.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills.
  • Excellent data entry and management skills; proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • HRM knowledge is an advantage
