Position Closed: Head of HR

Our client, a pioneer and a leading provider of on-demand Cloud communication services in India & Asia's number 1 Contact Center Solution Provider with over 2000+ enterprise clients is looking for Head of HR in Hyderabad. Being a pioneer in the field of Cloud Communication in India, they have worked towards converting these challenges into business opportunities, using their very own innovative Cloud-based communication solutions. They empower businesses with capabilities that could transform businesses radically. 

As a HR leader you are a self-starter and will be responsible for collaborating with the CEO, department & functional leaders across the company on organization decisions and subsequent implementation.

  • Work closely with the stakeholders (management and employees) to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to ensure all human resource processes including recruiting, new hire, performance administration/ reviews, separations, terminations and transfers are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner
  • Recommending and implementing the best talent strategy after analyzing the trends.
  • Coaching and developing the leaders and the respective teams while creating influence across the businesses
  • Partner with Talent Sourcing to ensure the identification, hiring, development and retention of talent
  • Directing and reviewing audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of Human Resource data, applications and reports
  • Promoting operational efficiency, security and effectiveness of controls
  • Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance for entire organization
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization
  • Managing workforce and succession planning as well as coaching leaders to become more competent and compassionate and conscious
  • Build on Business partnering such as HR scorecard/ Balance Scorecards.
  • Resolve complex employee grievances and issues alongside building and growing the organization, if any.
  • Creating positive culture and growth-oriented culture across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Master in Business Administration
  • Experience of working in a start-up environment
  • Experience of 10+ years in a strategic HRBP role, and scaling up the organization; self-starter with strong problem-solving skills along with great analytical skills.
  • Effectively managing multiple stakeholders
