• Combine interviews and research to write various long and short-form content for our audiences. The goal of these articles is to build topical authority for the organisation
• Effectively capture and communicate customer stories to our audience.
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships with the sales team, the customer success team, customers, and external thought leaders to capture customer stories effectively and create convincing articles.
• Participate in brainstorming, editing, and contributing to organisations content creation activities including webinars, videos, and podcasts.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s in journalism, mass communication, or similar.
• 3+ years’ experience in journalism.
• Experience in business writing or technology preferred.
• Desire to understand digital marketing and learn fast.
• Excellent interview, research & comprehension skills are necessary.
• Willingness to experiment and write various forms of content including articles, blogs, webpages, podcasts, video scripts, etc.

As a HR leader you are a self-starter and will be responsible for collaborating with the CEO, department & functional leaders across the company on organization decisions and subsequent implementation.

• Work closely with the stakeholders (management and employees) to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

On Hold: Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst- Digital transformation

One of our clients is looking for a Business Analysts to be part of a core team supporting Customers in the US and other countries in their digital transformation initiatives. Their customers include global brand names and come from many services and industry segments. They have supported our Customers in deploying over 400 Covid related applications and managing emergencies and crisis in large cities and counties. Our client is a NOCODE Cloud only platform.

This role allows you to work from anywhere in India. But the induction and initial training would be 2-3 weeks as planned by the clients Solutions team and you would also require to attend  the online Boot Camp conducted by the US team. The Boot camp hours are at night and it can be either 2 days or 3 days so you would have to attend later hours ( 3AM ). Thereafter you will be asked to come to NOIDA to meet other team members as well as the HR. Your travel & accommodation expenses will be taken care during this period.

Core requirement:
Ability to understand a process and configure a customers Standard Operating Procedure into a digital framework of forms, workflows and dashboards. Integrated with GIS and a full communications suite.

General Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related field or an MBA. Candidate should have high scores starting from CBSE (or equivalent) and a record of leadership in extracurricular activities
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain opinions and viewpoint.
