Our client, a Global engineering & technology solutions company is looking to hire a Strategy Manager. They have their foot print spread across North America, Europe & Asia Pacific.

The role of Strategy Manager will support planning and execution of company's growth strategy in assigned horizontal and vertical focus areas. You will work closely with the business leaders to help develop strategy for the BU with focus on market sizing, identifying new growth areas and defining a execution plan for the BU. The role reports into the Director of the project.


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop a clear understanding of industry trends, market demand and competitive positioning in company's focus areas
  • Monitor market landscape to produce competitive intelligence, develop insights on competitor strategy/activity by industry, geography and portfolio
  • Analyze industries/micro verticals to identify opportunities that align with company's core competence ("where to play");
  • Understand existing capabilities and differentiators to help develop capability roadmap, service offerings, value propositions and routes to market ("how to win')
  • Evaluate new areas to enter based on market size and opportunities, growth potential and competitive presence
  • Support business units in strategy execution, measure outcomes, consolidate performance metrics

Qualification:

  • 7-10 years of experience ideally in management consulting, technology or services industry
  • MBA (preferred) or engineering degree from a reputed institution
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills, ability to interpret data through a business and financial lens
  • Experience in strategic consulting projects, either external or in-house.

  • Channelize all the HR communication requests to the marketing team and work with the marketing team to fine tune/tweak the messaging, medium and communications so that it meets the end user requirements within the overall branding guidelines.
  • Work closely with the HR leadership to understand the requirements and trends and advise HR on the communication requirements in a proactive manner.
  • Keep a tab on whats the ongoing trends in HR external communication and advise the HR leaders to ensure that the organisation has a prominent place in the employer PR news and events.
  • Track the intranet/blogs for messaging and advise on what messaging to use to ensure that there is an ongoing engagement and communication with associates.

Responsibilities :

  • Serves as the expert for the technology areas assigned and provides support to resolve issues that may arise.

  • Follow up on technical cases including proper escalation and management of the case until case closure.
  • Respond to client queries via email/ Phone
  • Respond to call-outs in a timely fashion.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on analysis.
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case


Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Looking for Learning Architects for a Bangalore based education technology company 

Role Summary

This role will own the pedagogical framework of product design. This role will also be responsible for  conceptualizing and designing thoughtful experiences to bring technology into the products to make learning efficacious and meet the intended learning outcomes. The role requires facilitating conversations with stakeholders around how the framework will meet the learning outcomes. Understanding end-user and business requirements, researching how users will use the product to achieve the intended outcomes and developing interaction models and conceptual frameworks of experience are all integral parts of this role.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business as you enhance the first impression of schools and institutions using the products and how they continue to bring efficacy in learning outcomes for their students.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

○ Any Bachelors or Masters Degree (or an equivalent degree)

○ 6 - 8 years of experience in K12 academics in any of the following roles: senior teacher, academic head, content developer, curriculum developer or a similar role.

○ Experience defining writing best practices, style guides, and content templates

○ Demonstrated experience and ability to work with technology products.

Good to have:

○ Any degree or diploma or related work experience in any software technology

○ A degree or diploma in Education

○ Any experience in the publishing industry
