Position Closed: Sales Enablement Marketer- Work from home

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Marketer

Role and responsibilities:

  • Content marketer to plan and execute a quarterly calendar of middle-funnel and bottom-funnel content that highlight product benefits and value propositions
  • Create product-specific blog posts, whitepapers, demo videos, GIFs and other collateral as per needs and requirements of business/sales teams
  • Develop short-form content like email scripts, call scripts and sales plays in alignment with campaign plans, persona needs, market trends and product value propositions
  • Brief sales teams fortnightly on upcoming and ongoing marketing programs and exchange ideas with them on how we could help them succeed in their role
  • Conduct training/briefing sessions with the SDR and Sales teams to ensure they reflect a deep understanding of our personas, campaign messaging, product (value propositions, features, benefits) and competition
  • Audit discovery & qualification calls/chats/emails and make sure we convey the right solution to prospect problems

How will you deliver the above?

  • Develop a deep understanding of the personas developed by the Product marketing team and how our products solve their pain areas and challenges
  • Have a pulse of the challenges and opportunities as experienced by the sales teams. This can be in regards to the campaigns we run or their market/territory/segment/account book
  • Take ownership of the Growth marketing-SDR relationship and ensure both work together to succeed

Key outcomes/What success looks like (Why would you do what you do?):

  • Improve sales conversions (lead to MQL to SQL) by planning and executing a full-funnel enablement program for sales and SDR teams
  • Improve engagement metrics for activities like connects, outbound emails and discovery calls
  • Increase the consumption/adoption of sales enablement content developed by the segment/growth marketing team over time

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/Technology/SaaS Marketing 
  • Willingness to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
