Position Closed: Inside Sales Representative

Job Location: Delhi or NCR preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build opportunities within the leads shared.
  • Develop revenue from the enquiries & leads passed on by the marketing team via various channels.
  • Maintain active engagement with existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase demand for our products.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through execution of various demand generation activities
  • Provide customer service to increase sales opportunities
  • Establish the connect with the clients to understand their needs and show how our offerings can support them.
  • Grow existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain, through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Make at least a required set number of calls per day.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams & partners to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience
  • Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

 

Eligibility:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience (selling over the phone)
  • B2B SaaS/ Telecommunication sales experience is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
