Position Closed: Solution Engineer/ Presales - Voicebot/ AI/ Voice Telephony

Asia's number 1 Contact Center Solution Provider with over 2000+ enterprise clients, is looking for Presales/ Solutions manager. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience in Presales and solution architecture
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements & conceptualize end to end solutions.
  • Able to prepare PPTs & demonstrate to prospects/partners at a high-quality level.
  • Lead to demonstrate the solution & arrange PoC as required by customers.
  • Designing solutions for partners'/customers' needs & ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
  • Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and work with various teams within the organization to deliver customer requirement
  • Worked on creating and responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Aware of the newest marketing trends and understand how to utilize them to bring the best results.
  • Must have strong initiative, be results-oriented and have well-proven influencing /impact skills, have a strong understanding of product offering, USP and pitch.
  • Understanding & capability to define Call flows, Business flows, use case flows and document it.
  • Solution Gap analysis, costing and system sizing.
  • Product and solution presentation.
  • Act as a SPOC for the client until the complete solution delivery is done.

 

Functional Competencies:

  • You have deep experience in Voicebot, Telephony, Speech technologies, AI & IVR technology pre-sales and now you’re looking for a high-growth challenge in an IT/Software/Telecom company.
  • You have been in a client facing role.
  • You have a strong engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
  • You have the ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions.
  • You take a proactive and creative approach to attend to partners’/customers' needs.
  • You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence & persistence.
  • You speak fluently with customers, partners and colleagues alike, and have a great command of English.
  • You prefer a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Certification in Google Voice or Google LEX or Google POLLY or Watson Conversational AI will be a plus
