Inside Sales Accounts Executive- Inbound

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • 5 to 6-year experience in international SaaS sales prospecting, lead handling, and new customer acquisition for Inbound Sales.
  • Prior experience in either International SaaS Sales is a must (Contact Center Business will be an added advantage)
  • Contact and qualify prospects and set appointments for demo and Sales conversion. End-to-end ownership from Lead to Closure will be with the Inside Sales Executive.
  • Connect with C-Level decision-makers in organizations across key industries/functions and continually build a prospect list from warm/cold leads.
  • Demonstrates concise and effective communication with customers and employees
  • Innovate and think out of the box while communicating with the prospects to make a mark and thus winning deals
  • Nurture and qualify interested prospects by setting up meetings or demos.
  • Monitor users acquired through free trials for potential sales conversions
  • Share insights from existing sales conversion funnel and evaluate performance of lead sources to Marketing teams for bettering our top of the funnel
  • Ability to create competition comparison matrix and handle prospects strategically to win deals
  • Ability to patiently and persistently build/nurture prospect relationships to cultivate latent demand
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in international lead generation/sales development, preferably in a tech/SaaS company
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales is a must
  • You must be engaging, compelling, and articulate in outbound email and phone communications

Senior Accounts Executives- Billing

Our client is the India Support and Delivery Associate partner for a US based company and are looking for Senior Accounts Executives with focus on Billing. These positions are for the Accounts- Finance support for their US Associates.

The client is a Nocode Cloud platform. Using powerful tools, an operational SOP or a crisis response SOP can be configured into a digital process with all the alerts , tasks , forms and communication integrated into the workflow. Multiple levels of access control provide admins with the flexibility to configure to levels of hierarchy that can be extremely complex. Integrated with Maps and a fully secure communication platform, they are a powerful platform for digital transformation.

In this role your main goal will be to keep the Company’s billing accurate and timely, supporting the US office in keeping AR to the lowest levels possible.

Core requirement

  • Ability to understand accounting processes in a SaaS environment and track billing / AR across milestones, implementation effort, licence renewals etc.
  • Working with the Sales and Implementation teams to ensure that billing is accurate and timely.
  • Ability to engage with end customers on all billing and AR related matters

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for invoicing and processing of invoices and incoming payments
  • Generate invoices as per Contracts and Contract Milestones in a multiyear SaaS licence, support and implementation environment.
  • Receive and Reconcile incoming payments
  • Update accounts receivable database
  • Follow up with clients on their outstanding invoices and payment deadlines.
  • Answer clients' questions and seek clarification from internal teams
  • Post bills, receipts, and invoices
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Manage Employee expense reimbursements.

General Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience as an Accounts Executive in an IT organisation with similar billing models
  • Good Communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English
  • Understanding of Accounting processes
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BCom or relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
  • Exposure to QuickBooks will be an added qualification 
  • A self-motivated candidate with drive and initiative would be a best fit.
